Thrive Home Health was founded to address the lack of high quality, in-home care for our most vulnerable children and elderly. With over 30 years of health care experience, both in caregiving, and in the management and training of health care professionals, Michelle Mantuano understood the relationship between happy, highly-trained professionals, and the quality of care. By recruiting and retaining only the highest quality health care professionals, who provide professional care with an emphasis on compassion, Thrive has quickly grown from serving clients in Jefferson County, to now serving Pulaski county and beyond. Other counties may require a conditional emergency exception if providers are not servicing our special need clients. We will continue to grow only as we are able to consistently provide the level of service that we demand of ourselves.
Michelle began her career as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. While employed at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, she experienced first-hand the lack of quality in-home care options for her patients once they were stable enough to return home. This lack of options resulted in prolonged hospital stays and additional stress on her patients and their families. Seeing this instilled a sense of urgency in Michelle and eventually inspired her to start her own company to address the issue.
Today, Michelle has over 35+ years of healthcare and entrepreneurial experience. As Founder & CEO of Thrive at Home, Michelle and her team successfully ease the burden of countless patients and their families across Arkansas by providing excellent, timely care in the comfort and safety of their homes.
